ISC EZYiD HaulerBiner Compact Rescue Kit
The HaulerBiner Compact Rescue Kit is a user-friendly, lightweight, and compact device designed for simplicity in deployment. Fully rated for lifting people, it boasts three pulley wheels integrated into each carabiner, forming a compact and lightweight 6:1 or 7:1 (theoretical) Mechanical Advantage system.
Additionally, it features a purpose-designed progress capture cam with an ‘on/off’ position. Utilising purpose-developed 6mm (1/4″) rope ensures strength and easy handling with optimal grip. The kit comes in a two-pouch bag for convenient deployment.
With a load rating of 140kg (310lbs) and a Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of at least 16kN/3500lbs tested as a complete system, it guarantees reliability. Available in standard lengths of 105cm (41″), 165cm (65″), or 300cm (118″), with custom lengths accommodated upon request. Even at full contraction, the system measures only 32cm (12″) in length.
The HaulerBiner offers a multitude of applications:
- Integrated into a pick-off system for rescue operations
- Applied on structures to exert downward force, theoretically achieving a 6:1 mechanical advantage
- Utilised while suspended in a harness to exert upward force, theoretically achieving a 7:1 mechanical advantage
- Incorporated with a D4/D2 Descender for short-haul/long-lower systems
- Employed as a tensioning mechanism for short/low load lines
- Used as a stretcher management tool, where multiple HaulerBiners facilitate easy orientation adjustments for the stretcher
