With more than 35 years of industry experience, Alex’s career has covered every corner of the chainsaw, arboriculture, and climbing world. The founder of STIHL Shop Osborne Park, Alex quite literally built the business from the ground up, starting with pouring the concrete slab himself.

After successfully growing and later selling STIHL Shop Osborne Park, Alex founded CSP Distribution to continue supporting arborists, rope access professionals, and dealers nationwide with quality gear and trusted expertise.

A long-time supporter of the arboriculture community, Alex has been a generous contributor to the industry, giving not just financially, but through his time and knowledge. He’s a familiar face at tree climbing events, always ready to volunteer, share insights, and support the next generation of arborists.

Known for his steady leadership and no-fuss attitude, Alex keeps the CSPD team grounded and focused. And when he’s not steering the ship, you’ll find him off the grid camping, fishing, or tearing up a dirt track on his bike.
