With 35+ years in arboriculture, Alex is the original founder and current Director of CSP Distribution. A generous mentor and industry supporter, Alex is known for his steady leadership and no-fuss attitude. Off the clock, he’s camping, fishing, or tearing up dirt tracks on his bike.

Co-Founder and Financial Controller of CSP Distribution, Angela has been part of the journey since day one, helping build the business while raising a family. She’s passionate about empowering women in leadership, and when she’s off the clock, you’ll find her on the golf course enjoying a round in the sunshine.

With over 20 years of experience across the outdoor, leisure, and height safety industries, Brendon is CSP Distribution’s General Manager and a driving force behind the company’s growth. Known for his supportive leadership and competitive spirit, he’s as committed to his team as he is to the West Coast Eagles.

With 15 years of experience in branding, marketing, and communications, Tahlia leads CSP Distribution’s marketing with creativity and purpose. She’s passionate about authentic storytelling and building strong community connections, and outside of work enjoys reading, knitting, and time with her young family.

Emily started with CSP Distribution in 2021, moving from the warehouse to her current role as Sales Coordinator. Bubbly and resourceful, she’s the backbone of the sales team, always ready to support customers and keep things running smoothly. Off the clock, Emily loves reading and watching movies with her cat, Taco.

With over two decades of experience in warehouse and logistics management, Rick is the calm, reliable force behind CSP Distribution’s operations. Quick-witted and thoughtful, he’s always ready to help or spark a good conversation about wrestling, movies, or politics.

With over 15 years in warehousing and logistics, Dylan is CSP Distribution’s go-to for smooth operations and accurate order delivery. A team player with a sharp eye for detail, he’s also an avid cyclist, gamer, and proud dad.
