Brendon Smith

With over 20 years of experience across the outdoor, leisure, and height safety industries, Brendon brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and strong leadership to his role as General Manager at CSP Distribution. His career has taken him from outdoor education and retail to the rope access and height safety industry. Along the way, he has continued to expand his skills, earning both his IRATA Level 1 and Petzl PPE certifications.

Since joining CSP Distribution in 2019, Brendon has been a driving force in strengthening customer relationships and supporting the growth of the arboriculture, rope access and height safety community. Known for his approachable and supportive leadership style, he leads by example, encouraging collaboration, professional development, and a strong team culture.

Outside of work, Brendon is a devoted father and keen runner who brings his competitive edge to everything he does, from completing half-marathons to family board game nights, where victory is taken very seriously.
